3. Customer Responsibilities

You have legal authority to dispose of the items.
You clearly identify which items must be removed or kept.
All personal or sensitive data has been removed from electronic devices or documents before collection.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing is confirmed before removal begins.
Additional items may incur extra charges.
Once items are removed, they cannot be returned and refunds are not provided.

5. Access & Timing

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site at the booked time. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or delays.

6. Disposal & Recycling

Items may be recycled, donated, or disposed of at our discretion in accordance with local regulations.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. Failure to pay may result in recovery action or additional fees.

We take reasonable care during removal but are not liable for the above.
